Payment Options:
At MoparPartsCanada.ca we only accept VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal. Currently we do not accept VISA/Debit, or VISA/MasterCard Prepaid.
Billing & Shipping Address:
When finalizing your order using a credit card the billing and shipping addresses must match each other and what is on file with the credit card being used. If you would like your order shipped to an alternative address you may indicate that to us using the "Note to seller" section of the checkout.
VIN Number:
We use the 17 character VIN to ensure the parts will fit your vehicle and improve order accuracy. If the VIN is not provided we cannot be held responsible for incorrect parts. Although our catalogue may match a part to a vehicle make and model it does not mean that it will fit your specific car/truck.
Keystroke, Image & Pricing Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect image, an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information which has been received from our suppliers -- moparpartscanada.ca shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Moparpartscanada.ca will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been processed for the purchase and your order is canceled, moparpartscanada.ca will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. In all cases, moparpartscanada.ca will contact you with notice of such changes. Although we try, images on our site do not always reflect the actual product. Please contact us regarding any item you may have questions about.
